Welcome to TrouveTonJoueur. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 12 years old to use TrouveTonJoueur. By using the platform you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to enter into these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. One person may not maintain multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions.

3. Matches and conduct

• Captains are responsible for the accuracy of the matches they publish.
• Players must respect confirmed commitments and show up on time.
• Payments, where applicable, are arranged directly between players and captains. TrouveTonJoueur is not a payment processor.
• Harassment, discrimination, violence, and fraudulent listings are strictly prohibited.

4. Content and reporting

You retain ownership of the content you submit but grant us a license to display it within the service. We may remove content that violates these terms. Every listing can be reported, and our team may review and act on reports, including removing content and suspending accounts.

5. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is". We are a venue that connects players and captains; we do not organize matches ourselves and are not liable for injuries, disputes, or losses arising from games arranged through the service. Play responsibly.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
